KYLE MCGRAW, MA, LPC,
LADC/MH
Kyle holds a Master's degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma with a specialty in counseling. He has completed clinical internships at OU Health Science Center, Bethany Pavilion, Mabel Basset Women's Prison and Presbyterian Hospital. He has also completed 4 units of CPE, clinical pastoral education. He holds two undergraduate degrees in Christian Education and Management of Human Resources. He holds two licenses, LPC Licensed Professional Counselor and LADC Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
His work integrates psychology and spirituality in his therapy with individuals, couples and families. Kyle has specialized in in helping individuals and families who struggle with addictive disorders. Through his career Kyle has worked with students, parents, university faculty, church groups, as well as the corporate world. In the corporate world Kyle has worked with businesses, both public and private offering consultation and workplace solutions through programs like Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).
Kyle has had a wealth of experience as prior Director of Substance Abuse Services for the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, Executive Director of A Chance to Change Foundation, Director of Counseling Services for Southern Nazarene University.
Kyle has been an active community volunteer and has served on numerous non-profit boards. Kyle has maintained a private practice for the last 25 years. Kyle and wife Cheryl have been married 40 years and have three sons and 4 grandchildren.

DAVID MARTIN, MA,
LADC/MH-CANDIDATE
David received his Masters in Addiction Counseling from the University of Central Oklahoma and has been in recovery from drug addiction and alcoholism since June 9th, 2015.
Inspired by his own recovery journey, David returned to school so he can help others on their recovery journey. He has a passion for empowering people to improve their relationships and circumstances and find sobriety. David enjoys working with individuals, adolescents, groups, and families struggling with substance use disorders.
He is originally from Edmond. David and his wife, Bre welcomed their son, Owen and Oliver, into the world in January. In his spare time, David enjoys tennis and traveling.
DR. CHRIS MARTIN, MD
Dr. Martin received his medical degree at the University of Kansas in Kansas City. He did his residency in family medicine at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City. He has had a private medical practice in Edmond for a number of years. He also works as a hospitalist at the AMG long-term care specialty hospital in Mercy Health Center. He sees patients at the Autumn Life Center, a geropsychiatric unit at OU Edmond Hospital as well. Because of the addictions in his family, he has developed a passion to help the recovery community. He serves as a referral source for medical issues related to addiction with Son David and Kyle McGraw, founder of Addiction Wellness & Counseling Center. In his spare time, Dr. Martin enjoys tennis, gardening, traveling, his family, and his grandson.
KEITH BISHOP, CN, BSC PHARM
Keith does assessments to recommend food, lifestyle, and supplements to maximize the brain and body’s potential. He prefers a natural approach when possible but realizes medications may be necessary and understands how they work and interact in the body.
Keith became a pharmacist in 1981 and a clinical nutritionist in 2001. Keith is now a retired pharmacist and has an integrative clinical nutrition practice in Flourish Compounding Pharmacy and Nutrition Center. Keith assesses symptoms, blood tests, saliva hormone and adrenal tests and urine neurotransmitter tests to evaluate what a client needs. He will start with the information you have and can make recommendations on what tests may be beneficial. He has a vast knowledge of body functions, medications, foods, and supplements.
Keith and his wife Janay have 2 adult children, 3 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, horses, dogs, and cats. They are active members and worshipers at First Baptist Church of Mustang.

Laurie Limke, RN, MS-MH
Laurie is a California native, where she grew up. After high school, she moved to Oklahoma and has resided in Edmond for several years. Laurie received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Central University in Ada. After several years working as an RN, Laurie followed a calling to change roles and pursue her LADC in addiction counseling. Laurie has completed her graduate work at Mid-America Christian University and is currently acting as an Intern under supervision. She hopes to help clients and families suffering from the disease of addiction.
Shannon Bruey, APRN
Shannon Bruey is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner in both psychiatry and family practice. Shannon completed her Master of Nursing in Family Practice at Graceland University in 2016. After seeing many patients for depression and anxiety, she decided to return to school for a post-grad certificate in psychiatry. She earned her post-grad PMHNP at Frontier Nursing University in 2019. During this time Shannon received Dean’s honors. She is working towards her Doctorate and Clinical Nutrition Specialist.
Shannon’s experience has included working with addiction and mental health disorders. She provides a holistic approach including prescribing meds, nutritional guidance, and referring to other modalities for best care.
Diana Warren, MA, LADC-MH
Diana Warren has a Master's Degree in Substance Abuse Counseling and is a Licensed Drug/Alcohol and Mental Health Counselor. She has extensive knowledge and experience working all levels of care from Acute Inpatient Psychiatric Hospitalization to seeing clients for individual therapy. Diana's scope of practice includes addiction, mental health issues, and trauma. She is certified in EMDR and CPT both of which are trauma modalities. Diana has worked with a wide variety of populations such as children, adolescents, special populations, military, families, marriage counseling, and individual therapy. Diana's passion is working with women and walking along alongside them as they explore their journey to healing, self-love, and empowerment.
James Patterson, ICADC
James Patterson is a distinguished leader in combating substance abuse disorders in Oklahoma. As the Program Director of Northcare’s innovative addiction recovery outpatient program, and the former Executive Director of (SOS) Specialized Outpatient Services, James has been at the forefront of providing compassionate care and comprehensive recovery services to those grappling with addiction.
James’s extensive credentials include his international certification as an addictions counselor (ICADC), a state-certified DUI assessor, a DOT Substance Abuse Professional, a Love First Interventionist, and an ASI/ASAM trainer. He is also the current chair of the Governance Committee of ODAPCA and contributes to the Oklahoma Peer Nursing Support Program, and has previously served on the Oklahoma Board of Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors and Medical Advisory Committee for the Oklahoma Health Care Authority.
